AnalytX and CapControls Announce Partnership

CapControls’ PE/VC Desktop to be Integrated with AnalytX’s Private Equity Office

Nashville, Tennessee – May 23, 2011 — AnalytX, a provider of private equity and venture capital software solutions, and CapControls, a provider of software solutions for managing the capital structures and shareholder records of private companies, today announced a marketing and product integration partnership.

The agreement supports the integration of some of the most powerful decision support tools available in the marketplace for private fund managers. The agreement also supports introductory cross-selling to respective customers.

The PE/VC Desktop service offered by CapControls provides private equity and venture capital firms with strategic analysis and reporting solutions. A powerful toolset allows users to rapidly build waterfalls, strategically manage capital structures and instantly see investor returns.

Private Equity Office was built specifically for private equity and venture capital fund managers with direct investments or fund-of-fund portfolios. The platform offers uncompromising back-office functionality for deal-flow management, integrated contactrelationship management (CRM), asset management, fund administration and investor relations.
